Unfortunately, not all smartphone vendors equip their products with IR Blaster sensors. Companies like Samsung and HTC have more or less the same technology, but you can still find it on smart phones from Chinese brands.
What is IR Blaster?
IR Blaster is actually infrared. If your mobile has an IR blaster, you can send commands, through infrared light, to other devices, such as televisions, set-top boxes or stereos that are compatible with IR remotes.
The main advantage of using an IR blaster based device is that you do not have to go through a complicated Bluetooth installation process.

Previously, Xiaomi had eliminated the IR Blaster feature on the Mi 8 years ago. However, the company apparently brought it back to the Mi 9 variant.
The Xiaomi Mi 9 is announced at MWC 2019 and is powered by the Snapdragon 855 chipset. The phone is equipped with a fingerprint scanner on the screen and three rear cameras.
It has a battery of 3,300mAh and supports 27W cable charging, which is claimed to increase from zero to 100 percent in around 65 minutes.
Redmi Note 7 Pro
Xiaomi's Redmi Note series has become one of the most popular brands and for good reason. One of the newest additions - the Redmi Note 7 Pro, offers spectacular specifications at low prices and still uses an IR blaster.
It comes in two configurations, the first with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, the second with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The Redmi Note 7 Pro carries the Snapdragon 675 chipset as processing brain.
Huawei Mate 20 Pro
Besides the IR blaster, the Pro Mate 20 features a large curved screen, fingerprint scanner on the screen, and a very large battery. Then there are three camera settings in the back, a beautiful design, and many other features including 3D face recognition.
This smartphone is equipped with Kirin 980 chipset with tandem 6GB RAM and 256GB internal storage.
